On March 20 at 1 a.m., officers responded to the area of Lancaster Circle and Drake Court in Waldorf for the report of a suspicious male looking into cars with a flashlight.
When officers arrived, the male was gone. Officers canvassed the area and located a 14-year-old male who was found to be in possession of several stolen cell phones and an iPod. Officers tracked down the owners and returned the stolen property.
The juvenile was charged with theft.
Officers C. Gilroy and C. Walden made the arrests.
