On August 1 at 9:55 a.m., officers responded to the 2300 block of Progress Court in Waldorf for the report of a stolen bicycle.
Investigation revealed the suspects, two juveniles, stole several bikes from a nearby neighborhood and kept them in their backyard. It appeared the suspects dismantled the bikes and sold the parts. Some of the bikes were traced back to their owners and returned.
Both suspects were charged with theft.
