On July 29, 2010 at 1:30 p.m., Corporal Koch stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick.
A police K-9 was used to scan the vehicle and cocaine was located.
Ryan M. Taaffe, 24 of Owings, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
