On August 25, 2015, Deputy D. Holdsworth initiated a traffic stop in the area of South Shangri-La Drive and FDR Boulevard.
Further investigation revealed, Darien Marcel Bush, age 28, of Leonardtown, was driving on a suspended license.
A K9 search of the vehicle revealed items used to store controlled dangerous substances.
Bush was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS): not Marijuana (Heroin) and Using Drug Paraphernalia to store a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS): not Marijuana (Heroin).
