On Sept. 29, at 11:24 p.m., Gerald Gerome Keemer, 42 of Lusby, was arrested by Tpr. D. Brill on an outstanding circuit court warrant for failing to appear for an arraignment in Circuit Court on May 19.
The original charge was for driving on a suspended license.
Keemer was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
