On April 29, deputies responded to a residence on Indian Way in Great Mills,for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Investigation revealed Ricky Joe Davis, 28 of Great Mills, was in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated to an assault when Davis scratched and kicked the victim.
Davis was arrested and charged with second-degree assault
