Dep. M. Jones responded to a home on Ridge Court in Lusby on Jan. 19 for the report of a stolen cell phone.
A reported that she believed her daughter’s friend, who had just been at the house, had stolen her cell phone.
Dep. Jones responded to the friend’s home and discovered that the child had the cell phone and admitted to taking it without permission.
The juvenile was charged on a Youth Report with Theft and released to the custody of a parent.
