LA PLATA, Maryland — The La Plata Police Department wants the public’s help to find what they describe as a “Critical Missing Person.”
Adrain Fitzroy Brown is 38-years old. Mr. Brown is described as 6′ tall, weighing approximately 216 pounds.
Brown was last seen in the area of Charles Street and Garrett Avenue, wearing all black clothing and yellow socks.
