La Plata, Md. – On Sunday, Nov. 5 at 1 p.m., the town of La Plata is hosting a “Salute to Veterans” parade. The parade honoring men and women of the U.S Armed Forces will begin at the Courthouse on Charles Street in La Plata and will end by the Sacred Heart Church on St. Mary’s St.
Families with children of all ages are invited to attend and enjoy an old-fashioned, hometown parade. The entire map of the parade can be found below.
