At 2:19 a.m. Jan. 10, Michael Anthony Flaherty, III, 21, of Edgewater, was arrested for possession of crack-cocaine and CDS paraphernalia, during a traffic stop on Grover’s Turn Rd., Owings, by TFC Koch of the Prince Frederick barrack.
A computer check revealed that Flaherty was wanted by MSP Centreville on an open warrant. After processing, he was incarcerated in the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
