On July 21 at 1:37 a.m., Dep. R. Kreps conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Mt. Harmony Road and Md. Rt. 260 in Owings.
The driver, later identified as Jason Martin Gohn, 18 of Dunkirk, was found to be in possession of suspected drugs. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a plastic baggie.
