Great Mills, MD – At about 8:00 p.m. on Feb. 4 a fire was located in a trash can in an apartment complex on Chancellors Run Court.
The trash can was located in the laundry room of the complex and was discovered by an occupant.
The Bay District VFD responded to the call and controlled the fire in about two minutes.
The damage is estimated at $1,000.
