LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On September 21, 2018, Dep. Forinash responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance.
Investigation determined Randy Dwayne Moore, age 19 of Lexington Park, was involved in an altercation with the victim. During the altercation, Moore produced a folding knife and slashed the victim. Moore then continued to attempt to stab the victim, and at one point was disarmed by a witness. Moore then began to repeatedly punch the victim, and attempted to gain access to his knife.
The victim was able to flee the scene. Moore was arrested and charged with Assault First Degree, Assault Second Degree, and was also served with an outstanding warrant from Washington, DC, for Robbery. CASE# 50495-18
