Matthew Thomas Simmons
LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – On July 26, 2018, DFC. D. Smith responded to the 21000 block of Weeping Willow Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance.
Investigation determined Matthew Thomas Simmons, age 37 of Lexington Park, assaulted individuals in the residence. Simmons assaulted two juvenile victims by striking one in the face causing visible injury and knocking another juvenile to the ground. Simmons also assaulted another individual in the residence causing visible injury.
Simmons was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Child Abuse and 3 counts of Assault. CASE# 39745-18
