On April 27, 2012 deputies responded to the area of Missouri Avenue and Rogers Drive in Lexington Park, Maryland to check the welfare of an intoxicated female who was disregarding vehicle traffic and walking in the roadway causing a traffic hazard. Deputies located the female, identified as Lisa Marie Tippett, 46 of Lexington Park, Maryland. The moment the deputies made contact with Tippett she began yelling profanity, lifted her shirt and lowered her pants, exposing herself in public. Tippett’s disorderly actions were witnessed by numerous citizens walking along the roadway. Tippett was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
