Doreen “Rene” Mae Temple, 48, of Waldorf died June 9, 2004, at her home. She was wife, sister and aunt. Born Dec. 29, 1955, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Robert Higgins and the Sharon Higgins. She is survived by her husband, David Allyn Temple Temple of Waldorf; brothers, Michael Higgins, Sean Higgins and Danny Higgins; sisters, Bonnie Harris, Sharrie Booth, Robbin Bury, Rosemary Yestramski and Kerae Joonsar; 21 nieces and nephews, and eight grand-nieces and nephews. Graveside service and burial were helds June 12 at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf. The Rev. Robert Wagner officiated. Memorial contributions may be made to the Charles County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1015, Waldorf, MD 20604. Arrangements were handled by Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata.
