Shelby Jean Smith, 60, of Hughesville, MD died on Friday, August 18, 2006 at her residence.
Born May 29, 1946 in Paw Paw Kentucky to the late John and Kelsa Prater Blankenship.
She is survived by her children, John Clinton Smith of Hollywood, MD, Anthony C. Smith and Penny Evans both of Mechanicsville, MD: her sister Judy Dorsey of Greenville, TX and 6 grandchildren.
