Local High School students “shadow” County Commissioners

Four local teens recently spent part of their day watching the governmental process in Charles County when they “job shadowed” the County Commissioners on Tuesday, Feb. 25. The students attended a scheduled Commissioners meeting where they took a part in the employee recognition ceremony.  They observed presentations on the historic district designation and a charity tracker program. The group also had an opportunity to meet with staff members.
