North Beach, MD – On May 11, 2016 Sgt. R. Naughton was dispatched to the area of Chesapeake Avenue, in North Beach, for the report of a person possibly in need of medical attention. Upon arrival, Deputy Naughton determined the suspect to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Joseph Harris, Jr., 51, of Chesapeake Beach, was arrested after determining he was in Possession of a Controlled Non-narcotic Drug (Adderall).
