Annapolis, MD – The Mid-Atlantic Recreation and Parks’ Sports Alliance (MARPSA) recognized youth players, coaches, and administrators throughout the Maryland and Virginia area at a special reception and awards ceremony in Annapolis on Monday, Jan. 28. Charles County recipients are: Michael Gomes (league administrator/coach/part time staff), Leah Johnson (youth sports athlete) and Maria Quarles (youth sports coach).
The Parks and Recreation Division recognizes these three awardees for their contribution to the sports programs, along with the time, effort, and outstanding service they provide to the community.
