ST. LEONARD, Md. – On 3/5/18 at 5:38 pm, Trooper First Class Costello stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 south of Parran Rd. in St. Leonard for traffic violations.
Heather M. Malamphy, 28 of Lusby was arrested for DUI. A search was conducted and suspected Oxycodone was located. Malamphy was additionally charged with possession of Oxycodone and drug paraphernalia.
She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
