The mission of the Future Leaders of the World (FLOW) Mentoring Program is to foster positive mentoring relationships between students in St. Mary’s County Public Schools and members of the community and to provide supported, safe, and inspiring environments in which these matches can cultivate the potential of each youth.

FLOW is currently looking for caring and responsible members of the community to become volunteer mentors for the 2010-11 school year.  As a mentor, individuals will be paired with a student in grades 4-8 and commit to meeting with them once a week with other volunteer mentors under the guidance of a school site leader.
