On June 2, 2012 deputies responded to a residence on Sue Drive in Lexington Park, Maryland. Investigation revealed Craig Ryan Scopin 22 of Lexington Park, Maryland was in a verbal dispute with the owner of the residence. During the dispute Scopin threated to burn the victim’s house down. Scopin was arrested for threats of arson.
