On October 23, 2010 at approximately 2:15 a.m., deputies responded to a residence on Connelly Street in Leonardtown, for a report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival deputies were met outside of the residence by Jamel Tiant Mitchell, 25 of Leonardtown, who appeared to be intoxicated. As deputies were speaking with Mitchell, Mitchell’s voice became louder and louder. Deputies told Mitchell to lower his voice and go back into the residence. Mitchell complied and the disturbance was quelled. On October 23, 2010 at approximately 3:35 a.m., deputes were dispatched back to the residence for a second disturbance complaint.
Deputies again were met by Jamel Mitchell was who speaking loudly and causing a disturbance. Deputies ask Mitchell to calm down and again quiet his voice.
Mitchell refused and was arrested for disturbing the peace.
