John Edward Healy II (Age 42 of White Plains, Charles County) was arrested for Sex Offense Second Degree and Sexual Abuse to a Minor. The incident took place in Great Mills, St. Mary’s County, during the summer of 2003. Deputy Somar Clark was the arresting Deputy.
