On May 29, 2011 deputies responded to the area of Route 249 and

Happyland Road

in Callaway, Maryland for a report of an assault.  Investigation revealed John Francis Biscoe, 37 of Lexington Park, Maryland was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Biscoe punched the victim in the head.  Biscoe was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
