On June 18, 2013, at approximately 01:37 am, Deputies responded to the area of Midway Drive and Yorktown Road in Lexington Park, Maryland to assist Maryland State Police on a traffic stop.
While on scene, Orbin Hans Carter, 28, of Lexington Park, Maryland a passenger in the stopped vehicle was shouting profanities from the vehicle. Carter dropped a bottle of Seagrams Gin out of the vehicle onto the roadway causing the bottle to shatter. Carters continuous conduct caused surrounding neighbors to look out their windows.
Carter was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Deputy C. Shomper was the arresting officer.
Around 8:43 pm, Deputies responded to a residence on Leachburg Road in Lexington Park, Maryland for a reported disturbance. Investigation revealed Orbin Hans Carter, 28, of Lexington Park, Maryland was an unwanted guest at the victim’s residence and refused to leave when requested by the victim.
Deputy A. Cole by request of the victim served a notice not to trespass on Carter. Carter became belligerent and was ordered by Deputy Cole to stop yelling and leave the property. Children from the neighborhood were outside playing and had stopped to watch the incident.
Deputy A. Cole again ordered Carter to cease yelling and his use of obscenities and to leave the property immediately. Carter failed to comply with Deputy A. Cole and was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
