On May 21, 2007, at approximately 10:48 a.m., Trooper K. Clark responded to a 911 simulcast in Waldorf, involving a domestic dispute at Lakewood Drive in Waldorf. It was reported that mace and a baseball bat were used.
Upon Tpr. Clark’s arrival, he observed four individuals standing around a 2001 Honda. The front passenger window of the Honda was shattered and Clark observed the baseball bat and evidence of mace having been discharged.
The investigation revealed that Curtis Anthony Graham, 42, of Waldorf became involved in a dispute over the custody of a child with the victim. Graham allegedly assaulted the victim in the first degree with a baseball bat.
Graham was also charged with Malicious Destruction of Property for breaking the window and mirror off the victim’s vehicle. Graham was transported to the Charles County Detection Center for processing.
