On March 9, deputies responded to the Donut Connection in Lexington Park for a report of a trespasser.
Management at the Donut Connection did not want Brandon Wayne Danchak, 25 of no fixed address, on the property so Deputy Boyer issued Danchak an order not to trespass.
On March 10, Deputy Boyer was patrolling the area of the Donut Connection and observed Danchak standing on the property approximately four feet from the entrance.
Danchak was arrested and charged with trespassing.
