At 4:40 a.m. on August 17, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Nicks of Clinton located at 3953 St. Charles Parkway in Waldorf for an intrusion alarm. Investigation revealed the suspect shattered the front window with a rock.
Officers reviewed surveillance tape, which shows the suspect enter the business and run up an aisle. The suspect then ran back out the front door and fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a white male wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. He was carrying a red and black Nike gym bag. It does not appear anything was stolen from the business.
