At 12:21 a.m. March 24, TPR Stein of the Prince Frederick trooper barrack stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Rt. 2/4 in Solomons.
Upon contact with the operator, Daemon Scott Robertson, 22, of Great Mills, TPR Stein detected the odor of suspected marijuana.
A search was conducted and found was 122 grams of suspected marijuana , 7 MDMA/Ecstasy tablets, 2 Oxycontin tablets, 19 Hydrocodone tablets, a CDS smoking device, numerous empty baggies, and a digital scale.
Currency, totaling $703, and a 1991 Cadillac Deville were seized pending forfeiture proceedings.
A computer check revealed he was driving on a suspended/revoked license.
Robertson was placed under arrest at that time and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of MDMA/Ecstasy, Oxycontin, Hydrocodone, and marijuana and 2 counts of possession of CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
