At 6:47 p.m. Nov. 11, TFC J. Linger responded to Upland Drive, Bushwood, for a reported domestic assault.
The victim advised that an argument began after she asked Oscar Richard Tyer Jr., 28, for more money to pay the babysitter because he had not given her enough.
The victim told police that Tyer pulled her hair, pushed her in the chest and scratched her neck.
On Nov. 16, Tyer responded to Leonardtown Barrack and was served with a summons to appear in court to answer charges of second-degree assault.
