On October 8, 2010 deputies responded to a residence on Spyglass Way in Lexington Park, for a report of an assault.
Investigation revealed Mathew Thomas Green, 21 of California, arrived uninvited to the victim’s residence. A short time later the victim arrived home and was met by Green at her vehicle. Green would not let the victim out of her vehicle and attempted to talk to her. The victim eventually was able to exit her vehicle and fled inside of her residence. Green followed the victim and attempted to enter the residence when he was stopped by the victim’s father who advised Green to leave the property. Green refused and attempted to push past the victim’s father and enter the residence. The victim called the police. Green was still at the victim’s residence when deputies arrived.
Green was arrested and charged with false imprisonment, assault and trespassing.
