Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Deputy M. Trigg observed a vehicle drifting in and out of its lane on September 11th at 11:00 p.m. while traveling northbound on Md. Rt. 4 near Traskers Blvd. and conducted a traffic stop at Auto Drive.

He found the driver, Eugene Holmes, Jr., 37 of Upper Marlboro, to be in possession of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia.

He was charged with possession of K2/Spice (Scooby Snax) and rolling papers.
