Man Charged With Three Counts Of Sex Offense

In September, 2012 BCI detectives received information regarding an alleged sex offense which had occurred in January and June of 2012 involving a 13 year old female. 

Contact was made with the victim who stated she had been involved in a sexual relationship with a male subject who was 22 years of age. 

On October 2, 2012 detectives located and arrested Timothy M. English, age 22, of Lexington Park, Maryland.  English was subsequently charged with 2^nd Degree Sex Offense, 3^rd Degree Sex Offense, 4^th Degree Sex Offense and incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.

English was later released after posting bond.
