Pedestrian dies in hit and run in Prince Georges County Md.

Update – 10:36pm. Suitland Road has reopened.

Update – Suitland Road between Silver Hill Road and Shadyside Avenue is closed for investigation.

Update – Police are on the scene working to establish the striking vehicle at this time.

Update – Police and EMS arrived on the scene and found a man in critical condition. He was rushed to the hospital where he succumbed from his injuries.  

Suitland, Md. – Aug. 31, 8:15pm. First Responders are on the scene of a fatal pedestrian hit & run collision in the 4500 block of Suitland Road.
