On Aug 20, Sheriff’s Office Deputy Robert Gill responded to a Lexington Park residence for the reported Violation of a Protective Order.
It was determined through Deputy Gill’s investigation that the suspect, Shane Richard Weasenforth, 24 of Lexington Park, had violated a Protective Order issued by a District Court Judge.
The violations included sending text messages that were threatening in nature.
