Deputy James Maguire was on patrol when he observed five men enter a public restroom in the Hollywood area upon noticing the uniformed officer.
Deputy Maguire attempted to enter the restroom, but the door was locked.
Contact was made with John Wesley Springer (Age 20 of California) and he was found to be in possession of a syringe containing cocaine, a spoon covered with cocaine residue and cotton filter.
