On Sept. 26, St. Mary’s Dfc. M. Harrison responded to Fairgrounds Road in Leonardtown, to assist Lt. C. Medved after Lt. Medved saw Joseph Warren Pilkerton, III, 40 of Bryantown, on the Fairgrounds property after hours.
Pilkerton attempted to hide from Lt. Medved under a car. When questioned as to why he was on the Fairground property Pilkerton became belligerent with the deputies and refused to answer any question.
Pilkerton was arrested for trespassing.
