On July 5 at 2:50 p.m., officers responded to the call for a citizen robbery that occurred near the railroad tracks just north of Mattawoman Beantown Road in Waldorf.
Investigation showed the victim had just withdrawn money from an ATM at a store in Pinefield and was walking home when he was approached by two suspects armed with a gun. They put him in a headlock and stole his money and cell phone.
The suspects are described as a large white male wearing a dark, short-sleeved shirt and jeans, and a large black male with a beard wearing a dark green, short-sleeved shirt and light colored pants. PFC L. Sershen is investigating.
