On October 29, 2011 deputies responded to a residence on Megan Lane in Lexington Park, Maryland for a check the welfare call. Upon arrival the deputies contacted the individual for which they were there to check the welfare. The woman/victim revealed Shawn Allen Redman, 22 of Lexington Park, Maryland slapped her and pulled her out of a vehicle. The victim displayed visible signs of injury. Redman was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
