On Dec. 27, at 9:19 a.m., Justin Robert Quade, 20 of Chaptico, was arrested by TFC M. A. Moore on an outstanding Bench Warrant for Failling to Follow Conditions of Probation.
The original charge was Reckless Endangerment.
Quade was taken into custody at his residence in Chaptico and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
