Michael Frances Parlett, 23 of Charlotte Hall, was served with a final protective order on Sept. 23, ordering him not have contact in person, by telephone, in writing or by any other means with the petitioner of the protective order.
On Nov. 16, Parlett contacted the petitioner by telephone in violation of the order.
Michael Parlett was arrested and charged with violating the conditions of the protective prder.
