Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack Trooper B. Ditoto initiated a traffic stop on a silver truck on Friday, August 22 on St. John’s Road and Narrow Way for a minor traffic infraction.
The driver, Jake Allen Clark, 24, of Lexington Park, was placed under arrest for three open warrants through St. Mary’s County. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected CDS and paraphernalia.
Mr. Clark was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with CDS Possession – Marijuana, CDS Possession – Parapherlia, CDS Possession – Not Marijuana, and CDS: Poss w/ Intent to Distribute.
He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
