Mechanicsville, MD – THEFT SCHEME: On Nov. 20th, 2015, Deputy B. Fennessey responded to a residence in Mechanicsville for the report of a subject knocking on doors and asking for money.
Several victims observed the suspect, Carroll Ignatius Norris, age 41, of Huntingtown, knocking on residences, stating his child was sick, and asking for money.
Norris was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft Scheme Less than $1000 and Theft Less Than $100.
