Waldorf, MD – On March 26 at approximately 12:07 a.m., an officer initiated a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Crain Highway in Waldorf.
Upon making contact with the driver, the officer detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Further investigation revealed marijuana, oxycodone, a digital scale, other paraphernalia, and a loaded handgun in the driver’s possession.
Justice Patrick Sneed, 20, of Upper Marlboro, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances and marijuana, and transporting a handgun in a vehicle.
