Lexington Park, MD— On Sept 14, St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Budd responded to a domestic disturbance that occurred at Cameo Lane in Lexington Park.
Upon arrival, Budd made contact with Lt. Gardiner of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office who stated,”the defendant, who was identified as Aaron M. Nash, 34, of Lexington Park did assault victim, on Sept.13 at approximately 10:45 p.m,”
Nash allegedly was pushing the victim and wrapping his arm around the back of the victim’s head, holding him in place.
The defendant was interviewed by Gardiner and admitted to assaulting the victim. Nash was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, where he was charged with two counts of second-degree assault.
At this time Nash does not have a scheduled court appearance. Nash faces a maximum jail sentence of 20 years and/or a maximum fine of $5,000.
