Buffy Giddens, who is an assistantย state’s attorney, said, “We (Giddens and Moran) had reached a plea agreement that they felt was fair for Fenwick’s actions.”ย
Fenwick was given a chance to speak to Abrams and said, ” I am very sorry for what I have done, my alcoholย was acting up. My wife was going to drop the charges, and we are still married.ย
“I feel sorry about this, reading the facts about what happen these actions are terrible. I see you (Fenwick) have taken this matter severely. I feel that you need a stern sentence. However, you also need mercy,” said Abrams.ย
Fenwick was also sentenced to three years supervised probation, and ordered to not have contact with the victim in this case.ย
