On May 24, at 2:21 p.m., Tpr. N. E. Gresko conducted a traffic stop on a Red Ford Mustang in the area of Maryland Route 4 and Oak Drive in California.
Tpr. Gresko made contact with the driver, Travis Montgomery Barrowclough, 19 of Lusby, for a traffic violation. A consent search of the vehicle produced Marijuana and other CDS Paraphernalia.
Barrowclough was arrested for Possession of CDS and CDS Paraphernalia and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
