On 10/27/2021, Tpr N. Zack conducted a traffic stop at MD Rt 5 and Mount Wolf Road, Charlotte Hall, MD. A probable cause search was conducted due to the odor of Marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The search of the vehicle yielded a civil amount of Marijuana: less than 10 grams, and a loaded handgun. The suspect was identified as Jesus Abraham Terrero, 29 of Silver Spring,MD, who is prohibited from possessing a firearm. Terrero was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Loaded Handgun in Vehicle, Loaded Handgun on Person, Wear/Carry and Transport Handgun Upon Their Person, Wear/Carry and Transport in Vehicle/Public Roads, Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession, Illegal Possession of Ammunition and CDS: Civil Possession of Marijuana, less than 10 grams.
On 10/28/2021, Tpr J. Engleman responded to Walmart at 45485 Miramar Way, California, MD, for the report of trespassing. Investigation revealed that Haley Elizabeth Morris, 22 of Lexington Park, MD had been previously trespassed from the property. Morris was issued a Criminal Citation for Trespass: Private Property.
On 10/28/2021, Tpr T. Eckrich responded to Maple Road, Lexington Park, MD for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with Jeremy John Weller, 40 of Lexington Park, MD. Weller was intoxicated and refused to leave a residence which was not his home. Weller was arrested for Trespass: Private Property and Failure to Obey a Reasonable and Lawful Order.
